Pathway Services provides community day services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are provided through group and individualized instruction in a variety of settings. Our program prepares adults 18 years of age or older to live and prosper in their communities through a combination of education, instruction and training in multiple paid work opportunities. Our ultimate goal is to prepare each and every person supported with the proper skill set to obtain employment in their respective community. We achieve this goal through dedication and perseverance alongside the people we support. Our approach promotes independence in daily living, social interaction, responsible decision-making and economic self-sufficiency.
Each direct care staff member is certified through the State of Illinois as a Direct Support Person (DSP), under the guidance of Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDP).
