Maryjane Million Named New Executive Director at Pathway Services


Jacksonville–The Pathway Services Unlimited, Inc., board of directors has selected Maryjane Million to serve as the new executive director of the agency, according to announcement by Jason McDowell, board president.

“We’re excited to welcome Maryjane to the Pathway team,” said McDowell. “Her energy, enthusiasm and community connections will be an asset to Pathway. She truly cares for Pathway and the Jacksonville community.”

Million brings extensive educational experience to the position. She most recently served as licensure specialist/homeless liaison at the Regional Office of Education. Million was enrollment operations coordinator at Lincoln Land Community College in Jacksonville from 2008 to 2018 and director of admissions and operations at Illinois College from 1995 to 2008. During her time at Lincoln Land and Illinois College, both schools recorded record enrollments. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in organizational leadership from MacMurray College.

Million is an active community volunteer, currently serving on the board of directors at Passavant Area Hospital, Jacksonville Promise Scholarship Foundation, Ken Bradbury Foundation and the Jacksonville Area Chamber of Commerce. She has also been a member of the Pathway board of directors since 2017.
 
Founded in 1964, Pathway provides adult day program services, vocational services, home-based support services and community living services to more than 200 individuals with developmental disabilities in five counties in West Central Illinois .
